About us
We feel extremely lucky to be able to offer you a wonderful holiday-destination on the beautiful Dalmatian Coast that we call our second home. Having worked in international companies for many years, we know how intense and stressful work can be. So we wanted to create an opposite definition of time:
quality time and lifetime.
We offer a modern furnished apartment in the city of Zadar with sea view. A centrally located sanctuary within the charming city. Only 90 min by ferry from there you can reach the island of Dugi Otok where you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday in our beach villa situated midst a lush Mediterranean garden. The house is a stunning holiday home perfect for a family or a group of up to 10 people. This modern villa can be rented as a hideaway or as two separate holiday apartments.
The nature and sea views in this region of Croatia are breathtaking. The seawater is of exceptional clearness a pure invitation - paired with good food and lots of sunshine there is no way to resist!

If you want to discover the local food you will find a large variety of fish, the mainland influence comes with simple but great meat-dishes.
Beaches
The seawater is of exceptional clearness and a pure invitation to swim. Most beaches are rocky, some covered in smooth pebbles and very few are sand-beaches.
Markets
Zadar's daily farmer's and fish-market (ribarnica) are great places to shop fresh local food. On a much smaller scale you can find some local vegetable and fruit stands on the island of Dugi Otok.
Nature/Hiking
The Dalmatian coastline gets its particular character from the steep mountains and dry mediterranean macchia. Perfect for hiking or stunning nature walks.
Sports
Diving, kayaking and biking are popular on the island of Dugi Otok. Zadar and its sourroundings offer various additional sport facilities and excursions.
Culture
The Croatian history and heritage has been extremely varied and influenced by its cross-road position towards the orient. People are very friendly and warm.
